I have a HP Smart Tank 5000, it’s a good printer it’s nice quality and the ink last a long time. But that’s only when it works, you see this printer doesn't really work when I send it a print job from my Mac, Windows Desktop or iPhone the printer makes noise like its doing something but it never printers.

So I took maters into my own hands I went to the one place to get all you Raspberry pi guides, Pi My Life Up. I followed the guide on how to install CUPS on Raspberry Pi then I installed Apple AirPrint support so I can print from my Apple Devices.

After some easy configuration and a quick restart of my Printer and the Raspberry Pi, I added the printer to finder on my Mac and since then every once and a while I print something deferent and it works every time.

It’s pretty simple and easy to step up, I would recommend this for people who are familiar with the terminal.
